Hot Sculpt Teacher Training

Time: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM (all days)

Turn up the heat and elevate your teaching with our Hot Sculpt Teacher Training. This two-weekend program is designed to deepen your practice, expand your knowledge, and give you the tools to confidently lead Hot Sculpt classes.

Throughout the training, you’ll learn:

• Signature sequencing and cueing for safe, effective, and inspiring sculpt classes

• Class structure and flow for balanced strength and cardio

• Anatomy and alignment fundamentals to teach with confidence

• Coaching and connection skills to engage and motivate your students

• Practice teaching with real-time feedback to refine your voice and presence

By the end of the program, you’ll be certified to teach Hot Sculpt and equipped with the confidence, skillset, and community support to lead powerful, transformative classes.
