Turn your world upside down with Jazzmin and Brittany in this empowering inversion workshop! Whether you’re brand new to going upside down or looking to refine your handstands, headstands, and forearm balances, this class will give you the tools and confidence to explore inversions safely.
With step-by-step guidance, supportive spotting, and playful sequencing, you’ll build strength, mobility, and trust in your body. Expect hands-on support, drills to activate your core and shoulders, and time to break down each pose so you can progress at your own pace.
Come ready to challenge yourself, laugh a little, and leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more grounded—even after being upside down!

With their supportive hands-on coaching, playful energy, and expert tips, you’ll learn how to build strength, find balance, and feel confident exploring poses you never thought possible. Whether it’s your first arm balance or your hundredth, they’ll be right there to help you every step of the way. 🧘♀️💪💫

HOT SCULPT TEACHER TRAINING
Hot Sculpt Teacher Training
Dates: December 6th-7th & 13th-14th
Time: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM (all days)
Turn up the heat and elevate your teaching with our Hot Sculpt Teacher Training. This two-weekend program is designed to deepen your practice, expand your knowledge, and give you the tools to confidently lead Hot Sculpt classes.
Throughout the training, you’ll learn:

Signature sequencing and cueing for safe, effective, and inspiring sculpt classes

Class structure and flow for balanced strength and cardio

Anatomy and alignment fundamentals to teach with confidence

Coaching and connection skills to engage and motivate your students

Practice teaching with real-time feedback to refine your voice and presence
By the end of the program, you’ll be certified to teach Hot Sculpt and equipped with the confidence, skillset, and community support to lead powerful, transformative classes.
