Studio Policies

Kindly refrain from using cell phones in the practice room.
Classes commence precisely on time, and doors will be locked promptly at the beginning of each class. Walk-ins are always welcome, so we encourage you to arrive a bit early.


Cancellation Policy/Waitlist
To ensure a smooth experience for all our students, please adhere to the following cancellation policy for in-studio classes:
Cancellation Window: Reservations for in-studio classes must be canceled a minimum of 2 HOURS prior to the class start time.
Automatic Charge for Unlimited Pass Holders: For students using unlimited passes, a $14 charge will be automatically applied to your card on file in the event of a NO SHOW or LATE CANCEL.


Charge for Class Packs or Drop-In Pricing: For students using class packs or drop-in pricing, the studio will retain your visit to cover the NO SHOW or LATE CANCEL.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We appreciate your commitment to creating a positive experience for everyone in our studio community.


WAITLIST
Please check regularly up until the 2-hour mark to determine if you have been automatically transferred from the waitlist to the class. You can cancel your waitlist reservation anytime up to 2 hours before the class begins.
Frequently, students on the waitlist are automatically moved into the class until the 2-hour mark! Please be aware that failing to cancel within the 2-hour window after being moved from the waitlist incurs a late cancellation fee, with no exceptions.
Ensure that you have opted in to receive emails and text messages from Energize! This is the sole method through which our system can notify you about being moved from a waitlist into a class.


AUTO PAY POLICY
Auto Pay operates on a minimum twelve-month contract. Beyond the initial 12 months, Auto Pay will continue to bill once per month.
To cancel Auto Pay, we request a written cancellation via email at least 30 days before the billing date. Please send your written cancellation to info@thematwellness.com, including your first and last name, the date, and a note expressing your desire to cancel the Auto Pay contract. Ensure that the notice is provided 30 days before the scheduled billing date.

*Class packs, Monthly unlimited are all Non-Refundable & Non- transferable and expiration date is final No extensions*

1 Drop ins expire after first use
5 class packs expire after 3 months
10 class packs expire after 6 months
20 class pack expire after 9 months
