Join us for a morning of movement, connection, and good energy on the rooftop in Hercules.

Start your morning with a 30-minute Pilates class followed by 30 minutes of yoga, surrounded by beautiful views and a community of like-minded people.

After class, stay and enjoy snacks, social time, and a little refuel moment with the community. Everyone will also receive a The Mat yoga mat + exclusive merch and an Aura Vitality energy drink to keep you energized throughout the morning.
